poste restante.

ps. for all of you who wish to send me care packages and love letters:

send them to:

Poste Restante (general delivery)
Charles Rogers
6 Dinh Le St.
Hoan Kiem District
Hanoi, Vietnam

i've never done this before, and i don't even know if the vietnam postal service will accept letters addressed like this....but i think they should. i think. maybe one of you who are looking for some time to kill at work (ahem, kalen) could do more googling on this subject than me?

oh, and i'll probably be in hanoi in about a month, so don't send anything there if it won't make it in time. send it to ho chi minh city's post office or some other city that i'll be going through later. thanks.

Charlie,
You are doing it! You are probably in for the education of your life. Can't wait to hear of all of your travels and experiences. We will be following your adventure. Grandma Mary is here with us in Phoenix for Sarah, Annie, and Samuel's confirmation. Greta, James, and Mark came to be their sponsors. Grandma is really anxious to hear more and follow along as well so keep the info flowing. Good luck and stay safe!

Charlie, congrats on jumping in with both feet! Wouldn't have expected less from you :)
Yes, we are still in India - Iran next month for three, and Nepal for a month in late spring.
Sending you our best energy in hopes you find a decent cycle seat for such a journey!
:)
